Must See Episodes[]

Personality[]

Lance Alvers is a grungy, hot-headed yet rebellious loner yet assumed the role of field leader of The Brotherhood prior to being replaced by Pietro. Due to the latter team being forced to come up against their X-Men rivals, Lance harboured a deep rivalry with Scott Summers as the two constantly fought each other when the team encountered each other. Much later on, he slowly began to hesitate joining in with any villainous deeds as his anger stemmed from how society saw mutants. Despite his loner behaviour, Lance attempted to maintain and develop a relationship with Kitty, going as for as going to join the X-Men much to the amusement of his Brotherhood teammates. Even though he is constantly annoyed by his team, Lance acted as the team's provide and committed small petty crimes in order to buy groceries and pay the bills.

Physical appearance[]

Lance appears taller than the average boy his age and has a muscular yet solid frame. His hair is dark brown which was kept long and messy and his eyes are also brown. His skin is that of a tan complexion.

In the future, Lance has a more muscular build as he appears much taller with longer, overgrown hair that reaches just slightly over his shoulders.

Outfits[]

When attending school and lounging around at the Brotherhood's house, Lance wears a brown, leather vest over a plain black shirt with torn blue jeans that tears around his knees. He keeps a pair of black fingerless gloves on his hands and wears brown boots.

When on missions, Lance's suit is a full navy blue bodysuit that sport maroon accents with a high collar. Silver body armour and shoulder plates are placed around the suit, his boots have metal plates attached to them and he wears gauntlets over his arms. He also wears a half, clear, light helmet that does not shatter easily when hit.

In the future, Lance wears a navy blue suit with dark red accents at the front. He wears a thick silver belt as well as shoulder pads, gauntlets and matching boots that reach to his kneecaps as well as black fingerless gloves, he at some point replaced his original dome shield with a light blue visor.

Powers[]

Lance's powers grant him the ability to create heavy seismic waves from his hands with results being highly destructive. Due to his ability to manipulate the ground around him, his powers are similar to that of avalanches and earthquakes due to vehicles and buildings being shifted on impact. He does not need to touch the ground itself in order to activate his powers, Lance instead aims and directs his attacks to wherever he needs to, he is also immune to the effects caused by his seismic waves. He is also able to redirect earth based attacks to a certain extent. Prior to being trained, Lance suffered from headaches whenever he used his powers and struggled to control his powers but after he underwent training, he had better focus over his abilities.
