Scott Summers owns a convertible car, it is mainly red with two large white stripes both on the front and back. It is Scott's preferred method of transport when not on missions. The convertible allows up to five people, the driver, Scott, and four passengers. The front of the car has three seats with the back only sporting two.

- X-Impulse: After a chunk of debris from a parking garage falls onto it, the convertible ends up being destroyed in the process moments after Kurt teleported both himself and Scott out of the car before it was crushed. The incident of which was caused during a fight between Logan and Victor Creed.
- Joyride: Scott's convertible was amongst the vehicles that had been damaged during The New Mutants' antics when the group attempted to make Lance look like he was still a villain despite his attempt at trying to appear redeemed.
- X-Treme Measures: After learning that Kitty needed someone aged 18 or over to be with her to drive, Scott, with Jean as his passenger, drives the convertible away to avoid being the one to accompany Kitty.
